PAYMENTS
All accounts are pro-forma unless credit terms have been agreed being after 2 years of trading on an excess of £2,000 turnover per annum. When credit terms are agreed these are strictly 30 days.
Equestrian Supplies Ltd & Showquest UK Ltd reserves the right to stop any further deliveries of goods when these terms are exceeded, this will also result in the loss of credit facilities and we reserve the right to charge interest at 2% above the current bank rate for the outstanding period and also to recover cost of obtaining payment including legal fees.
Payments are accepted via Direct Banking, Debit or Credit Cards, Cash and Cheques.

Any accounts older than 30 days and paying by credit card will carry a surcharge of 3%
EXPORT
All export orders are pro-forma. Carriage, postal charges and insurance are charged at cost. The customer is responsible for complying with legislations or regulations governing the importation of the goods into the country of destination and for payment of any duties and taxes on them. Any cost for export documentation will be charge at cost.
Equestrian Supplies Ltd & Showquest UK Ltd shall not be liable for late or non-delivery which was due to any cause beyond their reasonable control.
VAT
Value Added Tax is charged at the standard rate current at the time of despatch to all UK customers and to members of the European Union who do not provide a current VAT ID number.
PRICES
Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. Every effort is made to cover raw material and manufacturing prices increases, we reserve the right to alter prices without prior warning.
First order value is £500 after which a minimum value of £100 is required below this will incur a surcharge of £5.
On rare occasions when goods have been agreed to be sent direct to your customer there will be a surcharge of £3.00 per despatch.
CARRIAGE
Orders of £300 and above, exclusive of VAT are carriage free within mainland UK, orders below £300 are charged at £10.00 via carrier or at cost using post office, this excludes certain Highland areas to clarify this contact us direct, offshore islands including, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland these are also charged at cost.
CLAIMS
All errors, damages and shortages must be advised in writing within 3 days of receipt. Any returns require a confirmation reference from Equestrian Supplies Ltd or Showquest UK Ltd before sending out.
